Saturday, June 16, 2018

3 PM – 7 PM

This is a fun new event sponsored by the Near South Neighborhood Association. Enjoy a 1.5 mile walk or bike ride. Park once and walk the full tour. We are featuring spaces you may miss otherwise – behind the scenes, relaxation areas, alley art, and workshops where the homeowners create and fix things. This is a Tour of spaces where people enjoy themselves, create and fix things, and a few hidden and public places along the way. The gender stereotypes are just for fun on this tour – everyone can enjoy this!

Man Caves – basements turned into fun areas for games, tv, and entertainment areas, workshops, garages…

She Sheds – potting sheds, relaxation spaces, sitting areas…

Walk-bys – alley art, three parks in the Near South, and beautiful homes along the way.
