Spring Cleanup: April 15

The first Near South event of 2023 is just a few weeks away. The Spring Cleanup will take place from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday, April 15 in the northwest parking lot of Lincoln High School, which is directly across the street from McDonalds on Capitol Parkway.

As in past years, we will have roll-off dumpsters available to accept garbage and household trash, as well as separate dumpsters to accept yard brush. Unfortunately, we cannot accept leaves or grass clippings - only tree limbs. Tires will be accepted until 2:00 pm. We cannot accept hazardous waste materials.

Near South neighbors who aren't able to transport their trash and recyclables to the event can request a pickup! We will send volunteers with a truck to your address during the hours of the event.
